Job Description :

We are actively looking for Guest Relations Manager who are supposed to handle the following -

- Welcome and meet the guests and members during the meal times at the restaurants and resolve any queries plus generate leads for new memberships.

- Explore opportunities for member engagement at Hotel Banquet events with a Program Help Desk to generate memberships

- Generate leads for the tele calling team from the reservation log books, business card drops, flyer drops etc. Ensure Program Flyers are presented with each cheque and membership packs and posters are displayed at a prominent location

Maintain and build good working relationship with the hotel teams to facilitate training and handle queries relating to any members or new customers and ensuring that the loop is closed in a satisfactory and timely manner

- Self motivated and driven to proactively engage with guests to drive sales, and manage the Member Help Desk where relevant

- Engage in Direct Sales Activity during non busy hotel hours to generate leads and new memberships

- Manage and drive all program Kiosk/ Desk at any inside or outside the hotel

- Support the member Help Desk on the phone when required

GENERAL -

- Ensure end of the day check list like Reservations sent for the day, bookings for the weekend etc are correct and then ensure these guests are met

- Repetitive and very harsh feedback must be escalated to the client/company in a timely manner for a prompt corrective response

- Escalating any issue in the program which does not dhere to company policy immediately to the executive manager and CEO if required

- Follow all hotel and company standards and grooming, policiec etc.

- Maintain confidentially of all the data

Salary - upto 30k

Job Profile 

  • Overall In-charge of the Program/ Programs with direct responsibility of Cost Control, Program Profitablility, Team Management, Member Management, Client Management and Quality Control
  • Responsible for ensuring that the teams are adequately trained on software and processes and the same is followed diligently.
  • Setting performance targets for efficiency, sales, quality and staff retention. Monitoring Sales from different channels and ensuring that all channels are used in addition to tele marketing, example Hotel Inhouse, Direct Sales, Emails, Flyers, Posters, and Tie Ups etc.
  • Recruitment, Training and Development of Staff - Communicating Organization culture and HR tools to all staff. Coaching, Motivating and Retaining Staff and Ensuring fairness in bonus, reward and Incentive structure
  • Maintain Confidentiality of all databases and follow all security guidelines of the Organisation
  • Responsible for ensuring transparency on all ongoing communication meetings with the Client and the superiors. Resolving escalated issues and keeping clients informed when required in a timely manner
  • Responsible for ensring proper grroming of self & staff and ensuring the staff follow all HR policies and guidelines
  • Supervising and ensuring all reporting and Email/ Written correspondence with the members or the client or the company accurate and timely
  • Recommending Change - Ensuring Program Assessment Document is completed and a point wise Action Plan for change is made and coordinated for the Program on a monthly basis
  • Accounting MIS Controls - Responsible for monitoring all operational processes as per specified business controls, reporting, sales mechanism, revenue, tracking expenses, p&ls' and vendor payments
