Job Description :

1. To make the following calls on an ongoing basis to build relationship with members to ensure overall satisfaction and a higher renewal rate.

Generate leads for memberships on each call.

a. Calls to schedule deliveries of member packages / collection of payments.

b. Post package call to understand satisfaction on delivery of pack, updating personal information (birthdays, email ids etc) and taking nominations.

c. Call on Non users list.

d. Birthday and anniversary call.

e. Promote specific promotions / offers by cuisine selection.

f. Handle invites for events.

g. Answer all member queries on the same day.

h. Maintain member history for all issues till these are closed.

i. Post dinning feedback within two days of the members visit.

j. Return kit calling.

2. Update member feedback in the software.

3. To manage incoming calls on the member help desk and track all call backs, follow ups for timely closure of the issues.

4. Generate relevant reports and MIS.

5. Ensure end of the day check list like Reservations sent for the day, bookings for the weekend etc.

6. Ensuring member packages are being sent in an accurate and timely manner.

7. Ensuring all member feedback is recorded and studied for trends and discussed with the program manager on a daily basis.

Salary upto 25k

Hiring for Guest Relation Executives

Job Description :

1. Welcome and meet guests and members during meal times at the restaurants and reslove any queries plus generate leads for new memberships.

2. Explore opportunities for member engagement at Hotel Banquet events with a Program Help Desk to generate memberships.

3. Generate leads for the tele calling team from the reservation log books, business card drops, flyer drops etc. Ensure Program Flyers are presented with each cheque and membership packs and posters are displayed at a prominent location.

4. Maintain and build good working relationship with the hotel teams to facilitate training and handle queries relating to any members or new customers and ensuring that the loop is closed in a satisfactory and timely manner.

5. Self motivated and driven to proactively engage with guests to drive sales, and manage the Member Help Desk where relevant.

6. Engage in Direct Sales Activity during non busy hotel hours to generate leads and new memberships. Manage and drive all Program kiosk / Desk at any event inside or outside the Hotel.

7. Support the Member Help Desk on the phone when required.

GENERAL

  • Ensure end of the day check list like Reservations sent for the day, Bookings for the weekend etc are correct and then ensure these guests are met.
  • Repetitive and very harsh feedback must be escalated to the client / company in a timely manner for a prompt corrective response.
  • Escalating any issue in the program which does not dhere to company policy immediately to the executive manager and CEO if required.
  • Follow all hotel and company standards and grooming, policies etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all the data.

Salary upto 3lpa + Incentives
