Whenever we start looking out for a job, the first challenge that we face is ‘interview’. Interviews are already stressful, but what makes them all the more stressful is ‘halt’. Else, just keep yourself engaged in something else.
- Think about the ‘good’ things
The best possible way to stay calm outside the interview hall is by distracting yourself. You may indulge in a fun game in your phone or you may also choose to talk to a friend or family member. You can even talk to the people sitting with you, but make sure you don’t talk too much about the interview. Also, boost your confidence by repeating statements like ‘I can do it’ or ‘I am well prepared for this interview’.
